Welcome to Hold'em House Poker
	The Hold'em House is a Berkshire based poker league. We have been running Texas Hold'em only poker games since 2002 and started the official league in 2004. The League The league runs from September through to July playing approximately one league game per month. No need to worry if you miss a couple of games only your top ten best games count towards the final result. The Games Games are strictly Texas Hold'em, most tournament games start around seven o'clock and run through till about ten. Followed by a cash game till the early hours. Any rule disputes are handled using Roberts Rules (yet to be used) The Points The points are based on the amount of players in the tournament, the number people each player manages to bust out of the tournament and a large bonus for placing in the money. The Tables We currently run two tables one ten person and one eight person, although we are looking to add another ten person table giving us a capacity of twenty eight players. The Tournament Director We use tournament director to run each tournament and manage the league. If your thinking of setting up your own league I'd highly recommend it.
